Camera not functioning at all - Does not turn ON
I've been using the Spartan GhostCam since August last year; the camera was working fine for a while, now, all of a sudden, the camera won't even turn on at all. Replaced lithium batteries, still nothing at all. Used also normal Alkaline batteries, still won't turn on at all.
How do I get service for this camera? What is the process?

Yes, tried 16Gb and 32Gb SD cards. The cards are OK, but the camera seems to be churning battery life faster than the pictures that it takes. I left the unit in an altitude of 4,100 feet under 35 degree Fahrenheit cold, and it seems to churn battery life faster than normal; although I kept pics to a minimum and sending in batches, as few times as possible, the camera seems to take pics whenever a single mosquito or fly passes by. The pic quality is excellent, but it goes through even lithium batteries too fast, I haven't been able to keep batteries for more than 45 days, which means that these units are not good performers under cold weather conditions. Under warm climate, the batteries last over 4 months, under cold, under 1 month.
No happy at all, especially for what I paid for this unit.

Support,
Where are the instructions for properly setting up my Spartan Webcam Ghost camera online? - the settings are not really easy to understand as to when and why a picture or video is taken. I get an excessive amount of pictures and it is draining my camera of batteries needlessly.

The official support staff don't monitor this forum. That's why I suggested that you call support.
Here's an article that discusses settings. While the specific settings mentioned in the article may not be optimum for you, the explanations may help you choose the optimum settings for your situation.
GoCam and Ghost settings (app, example settings, and explanation) – Spartan Camera
Is all the vegetation cleared from around the camera? Is the camera in an area where it covers both bright sunshine and deep shade? Both of those things can cause excess triggers. What sensitivity setting are you using? Normal is best under most circumstances, high is for high temps, and low is for very cold weather. If you haven't experimented with sensitivity, you might want to.
