I can sign in on the web browser but not the app?? I deleted it and redownloaded. I changed my password on the web page even and still every time the app prompts me to change my password. I am very confused.

    Android or iPhone? Try again one more time. There were some issues earlier tonight but they should be good now.

    What camera model and is this a new camera setup or one that had been working before? Makes sure you are entering SIM when they ask for SIM and iccid when they ask for iccid, they are easy to get mixed up.

    4 G cameras that have been thru AT&T and trying to go thru Spartan app and service shared plan I just purchased

    You'll need to get new SIM cards from Spartan if you haven't already.
