Cameras not taking pictures

I have 3 Spartan cameras. Brand new. 1 of them is taking pictures and videos. The other 2 worked for a few days but now won’t take pictures. I can still look at the live stream but even when I tell it to take a photo during live stream they don’t. N

  I received my 2 GoCams today. I can't get either of them to take more than one or two photos then nothing. Very frustrating. I'll try to call support tomorrow but after 2 hours of messing with them, I'm ready to return them.

  Tim, when you take a screen shot during the live stream I think it saves it to your phones gallery. Try defaulting the camera in it's menu and what SD card are you using? It should be 32gb or smaller (you can go larger on the GoLive) class 10, 80mbs or faster and a full sized card, not a micro on an adapter. Make sure you format the SD card in the camera as well.

  Tom please see my previous reply to Tim about the default and SD cards. If that doesn't fix you up please start a new topic so we don't get the troubling shooting mixed up between the two of you.
