    Are the cameras/camera showing at all on on the portal? Were the cameras out and running previously or are you just getting them set up?

    They are not even showing that my cameras are registered. When I go to +button under my cameras it says scan bar code or insert mied #. Won't accept either. Cameras worked fine on old phone 3 days ago

    Changing phones should not have anything to do with the online portal. Any chance you have two accounts using a different email? I just want to make sure that you are checking online at my.spartancamera.com

    I do remote tech support, not at the office. Best thing to is send an email to the office, they can check things I can't. support@spartancamera.com

     

    In the meantime if you want I can continue to try and help until you get in touch with support.

    Enter that email and click on forgot password and see if it sends you a way to change your password to that email. Or try registering an account with that email and it might tell you that email is already in use.

    OK, might be easiest to get in touch with tech and they can try and find your info out from their end of things. One other thing is Spartan emails promotions and updates to your account email, maybe check and see which email those are being sent to. It could be both potentially
