Adding a camera to an existing data plan

    How did you try to add it? What did it do? 

    Did you go to Shop, Data Services?

    Im not sure all the things Ive tried I spent an hour fighting it and had to stop before I lost my mind and broke something.
    I got to one point where it would allow me to purchase a separate plan but the option to add it to another existing plan was the only option of the three that was not highlighted and it wouldnt let me add it. This app/web page is the least intuitive thing Ive ever tried using what a nightmare

    What is the camera model and were you getting your data through Spartan before or the carrier directly?

    Its a white flash go cam, bought new last year about this time. Yes I ran it last year and I set up all the data through the spartan website. Its a verizon model

    I know with some of the older plans you had to cancel/delete the plan first and then add it to a bundled plan. Not sure what the status of the current/old plan is showing on your account.

    Which older plan do you have? The $9.99 and $11.99 plans have been discontinued so if it’s either of those, you have to cancel it then SHOP and add the camera to an existing plan. You aren’t able to move a camera from either of those plans to a new plan. 

    Also, I think you have to tap the camera description or IMEI for the Move button to display.

    Anybody know if theres a live person to talk to in tech support to get this figured out... Id like to get it set out today. I dont care if I have to cancel all my service and buy new plans as long as I can get it done now

    The office is closed until Tuesday.

    Are you not able to SHOP then choose DATA SERVICES? From there you should be able to buy a new plan or add the camera to an existing plan.
