When you get your data from the carrier directly you need to purchase premium credits from Spartan (The credits are included in the Spartan data plans) If you buy a dozen at a time they are $3 each (one credit per camera per month) Since you say they were working fine for months you must have bought a bunch when you set the cameras up and finally ran out. You can check your credit history/usage under the account tab on the app. If the camera has been on and you are out of credits you are probably only getting your midnight status report.

If that’s true then why are the other 2 cameras still working? Shouldn’t they all run out at the same time?

You can check their usage date on the app. Each camera uses it's own credit and it won't use one after they expire if the camera is off. So if they were off at different times or activated at different times they won't all run out at the same time.

When I check the app it shows that I have 0 credits BUT the other two cameras are still sending pictures. Why is that?

If you look at the period end date those other two cameras don't expire until 9/27 & 9/20.

I’ve only bought 12 premium credits in the past but I have 3 cameras. One camera back last year and two more early this year.  If I needed to buy credits for each camera wouldn’t I have run out months ago? Like I said 2 cameras are still working fine.

It looks like maybe you were using Spartan data previously which included the credits. Also each camera come with a free credit when you set it up.

This can’t be correct.  I’ve never bought premium credits but once back in October of 2020. I purchased 2 new Covert Cameras in late March 2021 and never bought any credits for those 2 cameras. I went directly through Verizon and they worked perfectly for months.  And 1 of those new cameras is still working just fine with no credits.  No need for premium credits from Spartan. Should I just contact Verizon directly?

You do need the credits for Spartan if getting the data from Verizon directly. As for Covert I didn't think you could put their cameras on your Verizon account, I thought you had to purchase the data through Covert, that really doesn't matter though. If you look at your credit history, you bought 12 credits and had 2 free ones which is 14 total credits, if you look at the usage the cameras have used 14 credits and you are now out. You could always just buy one and see if the camera starts working again.

I mistakenly said covert. Meant Spartan. I ordered 12 credits. How long before it will start working again?
    Thanks

If the camera is out in the field it should start working again after the midnight status report.
