Camera quit sending pictures and status reports

My Verizon GoCam just quit sending pictures. It is in Ohio and I am in NC so I can’t check it. It is a gc-z4Gb. It does not send status reports either. Any help on getting it to work would be appreciated.

  Nathan, it could be Verizon, could be antenna or could possibly be camera related. Can you start a new topic and post a screen shot of the status report from the very top all the way down to the SD card info at the bottom please. It will be easier to help if we don't get the two different cameras confused.

  Ye it sent one again last night.  How can I default the camera?

  You have to be at the camera. With the camera in setup, go to the third menu tab and then down to Default.

  For those interested in knowing, I went to my camera and a limb had blown out of a tree and broke my antenna off. Thanks to zipties im back in business! Need a new antenna though! 👍

  Thank you for the update, glad it's working again but try and get that antenna replaced as soon as you can.
