GoLive unavailable and won’t send pics except manually

I’ve added data and I can make it manually send a pic, but not from motion detection. Also. The GOLive feature says currently unavailable. This is a new setup.

  Sometimes the GoLive takes a while for it to work the first time, is the GoLive button green on the app home screen? Are you giving the camera 3 minutes to arm itself to send a motion picture? If the light on the front is still blinking it's not armed. You can also manually arm the camera by pressing and holding the left arrow.
