After sending me the wrong camera ( that I received on a Sunday) I immediately called them Monday morning. I showed proof it was the wrong camera. Instead of shipping me the correct one while I was showing proof it was already heading back VIA FED EX , they said I had to wait until they received it back before processing new camera / return!!!

IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE, and all said and down it would be 18-20 days before I'd receive the CORRECT order since purchase date . UNACCEPTABLE

  You're complaining because I said I've forwarded your comments? Wow! I'm hoping that there might be something else that can be done (which is why I forwarded your comments) and you're not happy about it? You just wanted to complain and not get any response?

  No regular Spartan Camera employee monitors this forum. Johnny and I are both camera test team members. Sometimes we're able to get a second look at situations. I apologize for even trying.
