Not sending phots to computer

Have two Spartan Go Cams. Both send pictures to phone, but only one sends to my computer??

  Go to the online portal (my.spartancamera.com) and delivery options and check for that specific camera that the email address is checked off. I'm assuming by phone that you mean the app correct?
