Not sending phots to computer

I don't want them sent to my email so I don't have either camera checked. I am referring to portal. All settings set the same on both cameras. It started sending them, but the last 10 days it hasn't. Been getting them both by phone with no problem.

  I’m not sure what you are asking. When you say you are getting them by phone, do you mean as text pics or to the app? If you are getting them to the app, then they must be on the portal since they go to the portal first and then are sent to the app.

  Please clarify.
