    The office is closed on weekends so they're probably working through the voice mails left over the weekend.

    To further this thread...I contacted support.   Tech couldnt get either of the 3 running.  I contacted trailcampro and they got one running.  They replaced my other 2 cams with brand new units.  I attempted to set them up last night.  One setup perfectly.  5 min later i set #2 up.  Its not passing hello test.   It's giving me a "processing" message under my cam list.  I got the activation email for one cam last nite but not the other.  I assume its not seeing the data plan i attempted to purchase.  When I try to add this cam again on the portal it says the ICCID is associated with active plan or pending order and tells me to contact support.  Please help.  Im having a ton of issues trying to get these working.  I did the exact same thing on the first new\working cam last night that I did when trying to set up the second\non working cam.

    If the second plan is showing as processing then that plan probably isn't active. I know it's been a few days, have you gotten these working?
