Fine till batteries died put new ones in it comes on won’t take or send pics status reports nothing

Camera 500 miles away now cannot take manual photo unless you can do it from app

I was wanting to know what the time and date was because that can help determine what the issue might be, if it's an odd time (not on the hour) then it's most likely an SD card issue and you should format the SD card. If it's on the hour when you have a report scheduled it still could be SD card related but also might be something else. Have you gotten any more reports?

Do you have a scheduled picture or status report set for that time? Double check and make sure that the time zone is set in the app settings.
