Sending blank gray screen instead of pics

My camera seems to b operating fine otherwise, but every pic it sends is a blanks gray screen. Sd card is the recommended SanDisk, 32GB,class10,80MB/s. Card space is 95% empty. What do I check next?

  I would format the card and see if that fixes it, if not I would change it to a new one.

  Camera is a:
  GC-VCT/GOCAM
  A00000SE994557
  Cam is in the woods already. Tested it when I first set it up, and pics were fine. Can I format the sd card from my phone so I don’t have to go back to woods and bring my scent in again?

  No, that model doesn't have that feature. If you are going to go to the camera I would bring a new to spec SD card with you too. 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and makes sure it's full sized, no micros with adapters.

  The sd card currently in there has all the specifications u mentioned and is 95% empty space. It’s basically brand new. But what is the “new to spec” in your last response before “sd card” mean?

  I just meant if you are going to the camera I would bring a new/different SD card with you since you are making the trip in case the one in the camera went bad.
