I am sooooooooo sick of the premium credit shit!!! I own multiple Spartan cameras for a few years now! I used to be able to purchase the credits on the app with my iPhone then I couldn’t! Then it came back again and then it disappeared! Now I have to do it through the internet and it’s pathetic!!! I can never find the “store” icon it’s either in the menu sometimes or it’s not!! For 2 days I have been trying to get them but I can’t!! I’m seriously debating on selling my cams and going with a different company cuz I want more cell cams but damn sure don’t want Spartan if they can’t fix this premium credit shit

  The problem is Apple wants money to purchase them through the app, Android devices you can still buy them that way. Usually if you log into the portal and go to camera management and then shop and buy credits it's there.

  I think it’s been moved. I had to poke around to find it so I understand your frustration. Here’s a screen shot from my iPad. I logged in to my account, went to Camera Management, then chose Subscriptions and there were Premium Credits. They used to be under Shop but that doesn’t seem to exist any longer.
