Spartan doesn’t offer a faster shipping option. You chose Priority (USPS), but the camera was shipped FedEx (which is usually faster). Unfortunately, FedEx lost track of your camera, but apparently they have found it so you should have gotten updated tracking info today.
You should have gotten calls and email from Support and Sales on Monday. -
Well guess why they’re not faster it’s been almost a month since I ordered it and still don’t have it yes somebody did contact me Monday but nobody would answer nothing on Tuesday which was yesterday I no longer want the camera our season is over halfway gone and I will not need it I just want my money back since I don’t have a camera to begin with

The people who got back to you don't monitor this page. Please respond to the email you should have gotten earlier this week.
Calling back to back doesn't accomplish anything. It just ties up the system. All your attempts get rolled into one support ticket. It's not that nobody will answer, it's that they are on the phone talking to customers in the order the emails and voice mails were received.

Yes you are correct Charlene from support called me Monday and told me what was going on and said that Amber from sales would be contacting me all she did was sent me an email saying that there was a camera that was shipped out that I would have no later than Wednesday it’s still not been shipped out And as far as it being a busy time of of the year yeah it’s deer season that’s the whole reason I bought the camera and I am an archery hunter and our season is over halfway gone now and I still have no camera that is why I’m upset I don’t understand why y’all even have a phone number if nobody will ever answer the phone so even if I do mysteriously get this camera it will be a waste of money for me now
