Live view, but only when available
What good is a $500 live view camera when the live view feature is rarely available? 75% of the time I try the live view, I get the message that "The live stream feature is currently unavailable".

Not a battery or signal issue, it's a camera issue. I receive an occasional photo, but have not been able to live stream for the past few days.
This camera is not worth the $500 cost for a feature that does not work as advertised. Fortunately, or unfortunately, I won this camera and with my experience will not own another from this brand. I'll stick with my Browning or Spypoint cameras, which have worked consistently well for years.

Have you talked to anyone in support? (Johnny and I are camera test team members, not official Spartan tech support staff. Support doesn't monitor this forum.)
support@spartancamera.com or 770-582-0004 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern M-F. It may take a little while for someone to get back to you as this is the busiest time of the year. (It's possible you got one that's defective. If that's the case, wouldn't you want a working replacement? Or there may be something that needs tweaking. Wouldn't you want to try to get the camera working instead of just throwing up your hands and writing it off less than 24 hours after you asked for help?)
What are the specs of the SD card you are using? Name brand (preferably SanDisk, Kingston, a couple of others), full size (not microSD in an adapter), class 10 80MB/s or a little faster, up to 128G capacity, formatted in the camera.
The live stream feature is just one of the many features of this camera and not one that I use often. It can transmit video up to 30 seconds long, there's no gap between the photo and the beginning of the video, requests for updates, HD photos or videos are usually very quick.
Do you have any scheduled events set so that the camera checks in several times throughout the day even if nothing is happening?
Here's an article on settings for this camera in case you haven't seen it already.
