camera doesn't connect to premium
I have a camera which will power up, connect to AT&T, but won't check in with the premium service. tried changing out batteries and formatting the SD card - even checked to make sure I have enough credits (I do) and data (AT&T unlimited with 4 bars). it's taken over 8000+ photos in its lifetime and had been sending pictures before and randomly stopped.

interestingly, the data plan works - I put the SIM card in another device and it worked fine. i took it home and flashed the firmware, added yet another SIM and it now works.
by the way there are text files in the root of the SD card file system for each day - are those some type of diagnostic information? they are not readable characters when opened in a text editor...
