Troubleshooting my camera

When I turn the camera to set up, logo popes up, goes to almost there, AT&T logo shows but won’t go to next phase to start searching networks. I’m n Kansas on a bow hunt n need this camera working!!

    Do you have a different SD card that you can try?

    Not with me. At the motel I have extras. But I checked it before I left the room today, cycled, had service. But I did erase the SD card in it because I moved it to a different location. So try a new card??

    SD cards are a PITA. They work until they don't. It sounds like you did the right thing. I'm assuming that you mean that you formatted the SD card in the camera, which is exactly what you are supposed to do.

    There's no guarantee that it's the SD card, but a flaky SIM or antenna wouldn't cause the problem you describe and SD cards sometimes can. I'm hoping that it's the SD card because that's an easy fix.

    Just took an SD card out of a trail cam we had at this location n tried it. It cycled, had 4 bars of service, tried to take a pic while on set up, it tried but wouldn’t send. That card’s only a 4 and it seems like I remember it takes at least an 8 for the go cam. And it did say check the SD card. So just won’t get any pics tonight but will bring a new card tomorrow. Have two new 16s at the room. Thanks for your help, feel like that’s the problem. If u don’t hear from me tomorrow you’ll know all Is good. Love y’all’s cameras, looking n to buying a 3rd.

    You want a class 10, name brand, 80 MB/s or a little faster, up to 32G. Most cards with these specs are either 16 or 32G. 

    If you get a chance and a new SD card fixes the problem, please do update us when you have time.

    Update, got out of the stand this morning, put new card in, went to set up, boom, cycled, manually took pc, sent. So back working!! Thanks for your prompt response with the issue!
