Have you tried a manual picture by pressing the ok button twice once the camera finds signal while in set up? If so what does it say on the screen?
No I have not
Ok finally got to camera it is in the field 12.5 hours from home I pushed ok 2xs and it said 3m
Try going into the menu and defaulting the camera, format or change the SD card too.
I change and formatted card
When you turn the camera to setup does it find signal? If it does when you press the OK button does it ask you if you want to send the picture?
No it does not.
Will go to the camera in the field tomorrow and try again
What is the camera model? Did you try the default? Have you checked your data plan?
