Motion sensor stopped working

I haven’t received any pictures on my app lately. I’ve only received about 20 pics in the last month. So my storage isn’t full. I went to the camera and manually took a pic and sent it to my app. That worked. But when I turned the camera to ON and waited for the green light to stop flashing, it wouldn’t send a pic when I walked in front of it. Looking for any help

  Are you getting status reports? When you turn the camera from off to setup does the green light blink when you move your hand back and forth in front of the camera? Have you tried going into the cameras menu and defaulting the camera or formatting the SD card?

  The last status report was 2021-11-11. The signal and battery are both full but the color is orange. Not sure if that means anything.

  I’ll try having my hand after switching to setup.

  Can you tell me how to default the camera ?

  Turn the camera to set up and press the menu button. It's an option in the menu. I think you want to press the right arrow twice and then scroll down to default and then press ok.

  Setting the camera to default worked. I must have changed some settings that messed it up. Thanks for the quick responses!

  You may not have changed some settings. Sometimes, it’s just good to default because it clears the virtual cobwebs. Thanks for reporting back that you’ve gotten it fixed.
