Issue with new GoCam taking completely black night time pictures

Issue with new camera. I have owned 12 spartan cameras in the past. Recently bought 2 blackout gocams - have data plans through Spartan. One works great, the other one not so good.

The issue with the one camera is it can't take nighttime photos at all. They come in pitch black. Takes great daytime pictures. Have no idea the issue as this has never happened before.

Any ideas as I've only owned these new ones for 2 weeks and just set up problem camera 1 week ago. Thanks!
