They emailed me and told me to change SD card. LOL I’ve been using Spartan for 6 years now. If Spartan has seen my messages and emails. They would know I’ve tried MULTIPLE cards and MULTIPLE cell towers. Firmware is up to date. He said it had sent 12 pictures. Yeah all we’re in my truck at several different locations. I’ve got a GoLive that has taken 12 pictures and will sell cheap to anyone that wants it. I’m done with this.

    Sandy,

If the camera is under warranty (and it should be), have you/he been offered an RMA to send the camera back for repair or replacement?

No. William told me to change SD cards and format and all should be good. Obviously he hasn’t read the other emails and phone messages I left last week. I’ve had Spartan cameras for 5 years. Customer service was easier to get ahold of back them. I left him my phone number. We’ll see.

Support has been short-handed for weeks. Unfortunately, they can't just grab random strangers off the street to fill in. Hopefully he'll get back to you soon.

In most cases, changing the SD card does fix the problem.

I sent him a picture in my truck under a Verizon tower. My SQ was 32 and still wouldn’t send with three different cards. I needed this camera for surveillance on a farm for the rifle hunters who will fill the woods this weekend as I’ll be out of town. Oh well.

One thing I don't see mentioned (or maybe I've overlooked it) is the APN setting. If you've done that, never mind. If you haven't, it's worth a try. I'll post the instructions on the off chance that you haven't done it. You've probably defaulted the camera, as well.

With the camera in setup mode, on the camera, press the Menu button, fourth menu tab, Diagnostic, APN Setting, password is 123456, OK.

If the camera says "System busy", just wait until it says it can't go online and then you should be able to get in.

I tried the Custom and the Auto. The pics that sent was actually on the Custom setting.
