Can't get second IPhone to see the LIVE. Spartan doesn't seem to know how to fix this. Talked to 3 different support guys so far.

  You mean it can't start it and watch it? Is the live button there and is it green?

  You didn’t say what you’ve tried. Here’s an article on troubleshooting the app, in case there’s something in it that you haven’t tried.
