Failure to wake camera, intermittently

My IPhone is Att the camera set up with Verizon. Sometimes live veiw is great others it will not wake

  A lot depends on the cameras signal strength at the time or even the phones. I have noticed when my phone says it's on 5g it doesn't work as well.
