    Are your cameras showing on the Camera Management page (meaning that they are still on your account)? 

    What cameras are showing on the Subscription page?

    All I know is that when you activate a camera, you get a choice of buying a new plan or adding the camera to an existing plan. Somewhere in that process, you get a chance to edit your billing into. There just isn’t a way for me to tell you exactly how to do it.

    Yes showing on management page. All 7. They all stopped around 10am this morn which I assume was auto renew attempt time.

    On subscription page it says pending cancellation on 2/10 cams. But I have 7 on one plan.

    What information shows for those 7 cameras for the subscription end date? 

    If all 7 are on the same plan, they all ought to have the same end date.

    When I go to Menu-Cameras-Camera Management, it shows all 7 cameras, but when I go to Menu-Subscriptions -Data Service it says Pending Cancellation. Last Renew Date 10/16/2021. #Cameras on plan: 2/10. When you scroll down under camera information there is nothing there.
