Renew
Spartan attempted to Auto renew, however my card # changed from last time. Hence no seamless auto renew. What do I need to do to make the cams I'm running start over an renew? I see activate cam....but it's not showing all the cams on my package. It also says cancellation is pending. What's the quickest and best way to get them sending pics again as they are currently in field.

Are your cameras showing on the Camera Management page (meaning that they are still on your account)?
What cameras are showing on the Subscription page?All I know is that when you activate a camera, you get a choice of buying a new plan or adding the camera to an existing plan. Somewhere in that process, you get a chance to edit your billing into. There just isn’t a way for me to tell you exactly how to do it.
