    Not that I’m aware of. I’ve been getting lots of pics all day on my iPads.

    Android or iPhone? Have you tried logging out of your app and back in?

    iPhone I tried logging in and out still no photos. The status report shows up just fine.

    Try formatting the SD card. Getting status reports but no pics is usually a sign of an SD card issue.

    Did you do it on the camera or through the app? Can you post a picture of the status report, you may need to set your phone to desktop view to see the insert image icon.

    I was able to format the SD card via the website. Doing it through the App didn’t work. I’m getting pictures now. Will the App be updated to correct this issue?

    The app and website are really the same thing, the format will stay pending until the camera checks it and sometimes takes until the midnight status report. Sometimes it also takes multiple attempts.
