Either contact support@spartancamera.com or feedback@spartancamera.com with your concern. This forum isn’t monitored by anyone involved with emails sent regarding premium credits.

    Have you tried emailing support?

The two of us who monitor this forum are camera test team members, not regular Spartan employees. It’s best if you, the customer, express your concern directly, either by contacting support or emailing feedback.

Johnny and I can help with a lot of camera and app problems but we aren’t involved in things like who gets emailed and under what circumstances.

So every time someone runs out of premium credits they are inundated with daily emails unless they manually request to be removed?  That sounds like a great use of everyone's time?  Here's a thought for the suggestion box..... an opt out link

You are the first person I’ve seen complain about being inundated with emails about premium credits being gone. The problem we usually see is people who run out of premium credits and they don’t know about it and their cameras stop working. We see a good bit of traffic on the Facebook pages and this has never come up. Now the FB people are a small percent of all customers, but there are several thousand of them.

Elizabeth, I have dealt with hundreds of companies and Spartan is the first I have come across that claims they can not control the platform they built.  Here is the response from support....

"Those emails are auto-generated and cannot be stopped from here. The cameras will need to be turned off and the batteries removed, or the data plans will need to be cancelled." John Barnett

So the machines are in change and you cant stop it?

So you are trying to use the cameras without having premium credits? Why don't you try turning send mode off since it's not sending the pics anyways?

I just used gmail to mark as spam and block future emails…I’d rather trust google than the Spartan platform that appears to be uncontrollable

Are you trying to use it as a non cell camera that just saves the pics to the SD card?
