App not working

I have the app on two of my phones.  It is working on the one, but not the other and the online format is working fine.  Just my main phone is NOT updating with the 2 new cameras I installed, with their settings.  Also my "Live" buttons are NOT green and I am getting the dreaded " Sorry the program is out of order"?  Just FYI...both of the phones are androids.

  Try this

  Go into the phone settings (not the app) and go to apps and the Spartan app. Click on storage and you'll see a box to click to clear the cache and another to clear the data/storage, clear both of those and then uninstall and reinstall the app. Before the app opens clear the cache and data/storage again and then open the app and log in. You should be good to go now.

  That is AWESOME...it WORKED!   I have tried part of the fix, but never did the final and important step.  Which is to "clear the data" again, prior to opening the NEW install.  Thanks again!  :-)
