Not getting pictures on phone

Sending notification to phone that I have pictures but there know pictures on phone

  Android or iPhone? Have you tried logging out of the app and back in?

  No pictures being taken. Have back up camera with pictures but Spartan is not working.

  Jim, are there pictures on the SD card? Does the camera pass the hello test (it's an option in the menu near diagnostics)? What is the camera model and have you checked that the data plan is current and active?

  It’s a GC-G4GB. Can not find the hello button on my phone app. And cellular is good.

  Warranty ran out on the 28th last month. The SD card has plenty of pics.

  The hello test is in the cameras menu. Are you getting status reports? So the camera is taking pictures and just not sending them? What is the time and date of the last status report?

  Hello test is from the camera menu. With the camera in setup mode and on the cell network, press the Menu button, scroll to the fourth menu tab, then down to Diagnostic, then choose Hello test. Either it will say Successful or it will fail.

  Have you checked my.spartancamera.com, Camera Management to see if the pics are getting to the portal but not to your phone? If so, there’s a problem with the app on the phone. If not, there is probably a problem with the SD card in the camera.
