Time on camera

My camera go live camera is keeping the same time threw out the whole day and night. For example it keeps the time 4:15am even tho it’s 12oclock during the day time. How do I fix this problem ??

  If the camera is close I would try going into the menu and defaulting the camera. Make sure the time zone is set in the camera settings on the app. You can also try changing to a different time zone and let it send some pics and then charge it back. Is the firmware up to date?

  Time zone is correct..firmware is up to date..I’ve had the camera for a couple months and never had a problem with it until now. Idk why it’s doing this. I changed the batteries in it today. Only thing different

  Not able to get to camera for the next week but tried everything else and still have the same problem. What should I do if I keep having this problem ?

  If it doesn't correct itself you may have to send it back. Try formatting the SD card, can't hurt to try.
