New Gl-A6Eb says registration denied

Starting up two new cameras GL-A6Eb and I formate’s sd cards and tried to default the and they still says network registration denied.

Where did you buy your data from, Spartan directly or through ATT?

Did you get both emails for the cameras, one is the receipt and the second is an activation email?
