GC-Z4Gb2 App/Website Videos Not Showing

On multiple GoCams I am having issues with the app not downloading all the videos from the previous night. However on the website, they seem to be all showing. Every night now my app is showing between 10-20 videos but on the website it shows 100-150 videos depending on the traffic for the night. Daytime videos all seem to be showing the same on app and website but something is obviously off with the night videos. Service is not a problem, batteries not an issue (running solar), and have tried multiple sd cards, deleted and reinstalled app, plenty of space on phone, etc. Anyone have similar issues or know how to fix this? Thanks for your time!

    Android or Iphone? Are you wifi or cellular during the day? What about at night? If the videos are getting to the website then it's not a camera issue, it's most likely app or cellular phone related.

    Iphone. And im back and forth between wifi and cellular during the day, night is usually wifi. Ill try leaving wifi off thru the night and see if that makes a difference. Not sure why it would do that overnight as its always on and shows connected but guess that could make sense. Ill give it a try, thanks!

    Is there a background download setting in the app settings? I know there is for android but I'm not sure about iphones.
