Reaching Customer Service: Camera won’t send
I have a second GoCam that I bought for my cabin in the Upper Peninsula. I have been unable to get the second camera to send. I updated firmware, changed batteries, reformatted card, passed the Hello test. In any event, I have been unable to contact Customer Service. No one answers the phone. The “Live” Chat is not live, and I have left a message. I also have emailed. No one gets back to me. Does anyone have any suggestions?

When I turn on setup, after I get a signal I try to send a photo, it either gets stuck on “sending,” or tries sending for a while, and then says “failed.” I haven’t looked at the SD card (I believe the c amera got stuck in send mode - I had to leave my cabin a couple weeks ago, and watched the batteries drain. No pictures.) Not sure how to default the camera, but I will look. FYI, when I tried calling yesterday, no one answered and no machine picked up. My messages have been left by “Live Chat” and via emails.

If you called 770-582-0004 and did not get the opportunity to leave a message, something is wrong with the system. Please confirm that’s the number you called.
Does the camera pass the Hello test? With the camera in setup and on the network, press the Menu button, go to the fourth menu tab, down to Diagnostic, Hello test.

What is the camera model? When you try and send that manual picture it should be saving it to the SD card. Try and send a few and press the playback button to see if they are there. Are you using the camera to format the SD card? Is the card to spec, 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and a full sized card not a micro in an adapter? How did you update the firmware, over the air or manually on an SD card?
