Problem with ghost M camera

Alert on phone says picture on camera.  Open app and no new picture.

  Try logging out of the app and back in. Android or iPhone?

  Did you give the app permission to access Photos/Gallery?

  Have you looked at my.spartancamera.com, Camera Management to see if the photos are there, just not on your app?

  If they’re on the portal but not on your app, it may be permissions (Photos/Gallery). If they’re not in either place, it’s probably your SD card.
