New camera setup

Bought 2 new Spartan areas Verizon’s to replace 2 moonlighted cams. One set up fine and transferred test picture fine. Second cam scanned in fine but won’t allow me to get registration code. Final step says. “Server error” Can’t get past this step. Called support waiting on call back.

    Jeff, are you getting your data through Spartan or Verizon directly? Also go into the cameras menu and default the camera and see if that helps.

    Verizon for data. I deleted both old cams off Spartan and the one new cam has appeared but nothing on the second one is showing up on ap.

    Try the default and also go into the menu and to the hello test and see if it passes or fails.

    I believe it's the third menu to the right and then scroll down. Try swapping SIM cards with the other camera and see if the camera behaves differently.

    Is debug what I’m looking for?
    SIM card is built in can’t switch.

    No, it's default. I don't have a camera with me to double check but default may be in the same screen at the register camera selection
