Ease of activating a camera whose credit card isn't good anymore!
Who's the website or app developer? He should be fired. Ok... my credit card got stolen SOOOOO.... I canceled it and was issued another credit card. I'm willing to provide my NEW credit card # but whomever is responsible of making your website/app intuitive... ease of re-activating a camera isn't doing his/her job. I have a masters in education! I am above average in intelligence and I'm more perplexed that whomever develops the software doesn't make it EASY to reactivate my credit card!!!!! I should be able to go to my camera (which I did) on either the website or app and find my cameras' information and from there, ENTER IN MY NEW CREDIT CARD!! Oh, I'm sure there is a way, but hell, I can get to my guest bathroom in pitch-black darkness in my own house, but I do NOT expect you to be able to do it even with directions. If my credit card isn't good, then MAKE IT EASE FOR ME TO ENTER ANOTHER CREDIT CARD NUMBER!

You have the option to update your credit card info just as Johnny said (under Account, Credit card) or to change it as you go through activating a camera/buying a data plan. When you get to the point to pay, I’m pretty sure you have the option of using the existing credit card or updating the credit card info.
