Network Registration Denied

Just set out my new GoLive camera and it keeps saying “Network Registration Denied.” I checked and my plan is active and the camera info is active and correct. I formatted the SD card and still nothing.

    I got past the error message by downloading the most recent firmware and manually uploading it from my computer but I’m not getting any pictures. I formatted the SD card through the camera and then did the Hello Test. The camera screen says Successful but I don’t receive any picture.

    With the camera in set up once it finds signal press the Ok button once to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture. Watch what happens and what it says on the screen.

    I got that picture. When I click “Live”, it says “The live stream feature is unavailable.” Do you know why that is?

    Is the live button green on the app? Sometimes when it's a new camera it can take a little while for the stream to activate

    It was grey. I read other posts about it. Uninstalled and app and reinstalled it. Signed it and it’s green and working now.
