Can't add cam to Verizon acc,

Verizon does not recognize the IMEI # WONT LET ME ADD, Spartan trying to sell me another plan from them ? I have 3 go cams already and trying to add a Go Live cam

    I think they sold me the M model, can't be added I ordered a verizon

    If you ordered a Verizon and they sent an M contact sales and they will straighten it out. That's correct that the M models can't be added to your Verizon plan. Sales@spartancamera.com

    Yea I called and left message and e mailed, Funny when u get the box it don't say M on it anywhere, except mixed in the model # in small type, and I'm sure I ordered a verizon. Darn it !!
