Can not get brand new camera to work

    Did you get both a receipt email and an activation email? (It sounds like you did because you mention “receipts”.)

    The Hello test will either be successful or it will fail. I’ve never seen a denied message for Hello test.

    Have you tried a different SD card?

    Hello,

    I added three cameras and noticed I only received activation emails for two of them. One was added to an existing plan and the second one was a whole new plan. The third camera, also being added to the existing plan (#10/10) did not activate.

    You should get an activation email for that third camera. Once you get that, I think your camera will work as expected.

    Considering it has been almost 6 hours, how long should that take?

    It is probably having to be done manually. I don't know how long that might take.
