I reset some things in my settings threw the phone app and it is taking forever to “ update “ them. Any reason why it’s taking longer then normal to reset ?

  And also can you tell me what I need to look for and what camera I have so I can pick the correct one when I go to download the stuff on the sd card so I don’t download the wrong thing

  Look under the camera description on the home page of the app. It may also be on the info strip of photos.

  Ok I got good news. Just got a photo of a deer in front of the camera now so hopefully it will start working again like it did before I changed the settings

  What letter is on the info strip at the bottom of the picture? M/U/F/E/S?

  It had a M at the bottoms of it when I got the photo at midnight and that was the only photo I got

  That's good, it means the camera is still communicating. If you go to the portal (my.spartancamera.com) and log in and go to camera management you can look at your picture numbers and see if they are sequential or if there are gaps. It might be a little confusing since you have formatted and that might have made the numbering start over at 1. Take a look and see what those numbers look like.

  There's a 195 picture gap missing in that sequence. That's almost certainly an SD card issue or connection problem, which the firmware update should fix.

  Ok so by doing the update with a new se card it’ll start sending me pictures again like was doing before and what I mean by that is 24/7 everytime they come out in front of it ?

  Yes it should. When you put the firmware update on the SD card take a picture of the file and post it here so we can make sure it's correct before you get there.

  The other three files has nothing to do with the sd card and it was a blank sd card. The file yall told me to download is the first one

  You don't have enough storage space on iCloud. Save the file to your phone or iPad.
