Network Registration Denied

I have two GoLive M cameras. Both were installed with lithium batteries, solar panels and 12V boxes from Spartan. These were setup using booster antennas in poor service areas but both pulled in 3-4 bars and sent pics and videos with zero issues. On 8-1-22 both cameras did updates on their own and both immediately stopped sending photos. Side notes, these cameras are 3 hours from my home. I drove to them and attempted to resolve but couldn't. Brought both home. Turned them on and they had full service. Did the whole "default" as well as long formatted the cards and downloaded and installed the updates. Took both back to the spots they were in....same thing. Network Registration Denied. Left that area and drove to where I get better signal and both got full service. Need help as these worked very well with the booster antennas prior to that update.

I think it's best to get in touch with support@spartancamera.com and see what they say. Did you format the SD cards in the camera?

Not in the camera itself. But in my computer I did a long format.

Format it in the camera and see if that helps. You always want to format the cards in the camera themselves when you install them.
