I have a Spartan GOCAM and a tactacam solar panel. I plugged the panel into my Spartan and it said that the camera was getting too much power and could hurt the camera. Do I need a diff cable? Or do tactacam solar panels not work on Spartan cameras?

    The GoCams use a 6 volt external power supply. Tactacam is 12 volt I'm pretty sure.

    Ok…do you know if there is anything I can buy to easily make it a 6v panel?!

    The Spartan battery box you can put a 12v battery in it and connect a 12v panel to it and it will reduce the voltage to 6v for the camera. I'm not sure how it will work with the tactacam panel but it's an option to try.

    You cannot use just a solar panel with a GoCam. It needs to be a solar panel connected to a battery and the battery either needs to be 6V, or as Johnny says, use a Spartan battery box and you can use a 12V battery. You do not want to connect a 12V battery (or a 12V anything) directly to the camera or you will fry it.
