I can’t get my app to let me “go live” however my laptop works just fine. Any help?

  Android or iPhone? First thing I would try is logging out of the app and back in. If that doesn't work and it's an iPhone delete and reinstall the app. If Android then follow the steps before.

  Go into the phone settings (not the app) and go to apps and the Spartan app. Click on storage and you'll see a box to click to clear the cache and another to clear the data/storage, clear both of those and then uninstall and reinstall the app. Before the app opens clear the cache and data/storage again and then open the app and log in. You should be good to go now.

  Thank you John! Problem solved! I let it go for a while but finally it irritated me after buying the second camera and it not working either. Lol
