Server Communication Error

I just got a new phone and the app transfered over but my cameras did not. When I enter the IMEI I get a flash that says "Server Communication Error". And then nothing happens. The cameras are still working on my wife's app

  If this is Android, you need to clear data/storage/cache both before uninstalling and after reinstalling. If iOS, uninstall/reinstall.
