Are your SD cards 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and full sized cards, not micros in adapters? I also want to verify that the cameras pass the hello test in the menu?

My cards are 128 GB based on the specs located here - SD card information and recommendations – Spartan Camera. Not micros, and they meet the rest of the specs. The cameras passed the hello test in the menu.

After I read your post I went and grabbed an ancient 16 Gb SD card that isn't class 10 and now that camera is working. It looks like the memory cards are the issue, I'll order new cards and confirm.

Am I misreading that spec sheet that says the GoCam can support cards up to 128GB?

    Thanks for the help!

    Jeff

Golive can use up to 128 but Gocams are 32gb max and personally I have the least amount of issues with 16gb cards. Actually I have the fewest problems when I use Spartan SD cards.

I see - That semicolon is really confusing. You might help other folks avoid the same by cleaning up that article a little bit. Something like..

32GB or less capacity for GoCam and Ghost

128GB or less capacity for GoLive

    From the support article:

    • 32 GB or less capacity (GoCam and Ghost; GoLive can use up to 128 GB)

    Thanks again for the help.

Also, you don’t need premium credits because you are getting your data from Spartan. Premium credits are included with Spartan data plans.
