Network problems
I have a model GL-MLTEb golive camera and ever since I bought it, it can't find a network. I've gone through all the instructions properly, it's data plan is active and it's connected through my app but it won't find a network, any ideas whats wrong?

We've tried different locations but nothing clicks. It also came with two antenna's and we've tried them both but still nothing. Also following up with support may be difficult as they seem to call back rather than answer calls, I will still try support as I don't see any other solution.

I have defaulted the camera in it's settings, still nothing. All it says is to reboot camera retry. And I've tried other SD cards but those could have also been bad. Is the one I have possibly not good? Also don't I need the camera to have service first before I can use the SD card properly?
