camera registration request failed
Whenever I tried re-registering the camera, it failed. Camera model is GC-E4Gb and model number is 015081000167554. There have credits in my account and signal is quite good but camera won't register. What is wrong with it. Any suggestion, please?

Not passing the Hello test means that it isn't finding that it has a data connection. You can't register it without a data connection. It's best to leave cameras on your account so you don't have to reregister.
Make sure that there is a data plan associated with the SIM (maybe swap SIMs between a working camera and a nonworking camera) and also try a different SD card, format the one you have in the camera. Bad SD cards can keep the camera from connecting to the cell network.

The camera not passing the Hello test means that it does not have a data plan (or can't access the one it has). If it can't pass the Hello test, you can't register it.
Please email support@spartancamera.com with your information. They may have other troubleshooting they can do, but if the camera needs repair or replacement, they are the ones that have to handle it.
Does the SIM from this camera work in another camera? -
