    changed battery on camera

    deleted app and reinstalled 

    hard started phone  

    tried to re install camera. told me camera was already active

     

     

    nothing works

    yes 

    just not on app    I share that camera with 2 people.    they can see it just not me.    I'm the ADMIN

    Did you look to see if the camera is on your shared camera page? Android or Iphone?

    No it isn’t on my shared camera but it is working on the people I shared the camera with.

    No, the camera has been active all along, but I took it out of the woods for about 6 months. I put it back in yesterday and I have the same issue.

    Did you try logging out of the app and back in? Does the camera show on the portal and if so are there any pics there? (my.spartancamera.com)

    I did try logging out on both phone and iPad, no luck. It shows up on the portal and there is one video that will not play. It normally (6 months ago when working) would send videos to the app that I could view. The app would not let me make any changes to this particular camera, but I have two others that did work and would allow me to make changes.

    So it now showed up under shared cameras and my other two are in my cameras. Not sure why they are not all in the same area?

    If they are all on the same account then they should be. I have seen that a few times and support can take care of it for you, just send them an email and let them know what's going on.
